Eddie is our corporate trainer has developed passion in the Learning & Development space since 2006. In his previous role, Eddie was the head of Learning & Development of a multinational insurance company based in Malaysia. He has led the organization-wide mindset change initiatives to embrace digital transformation in 2018. In addition, he has also driven the concept of self-empowered learning culture where each individual is responsible for their personal growth. This has improved the learning agility & interest within the organization particularly during the recent pandemic.

Eddie was a TEDx speaker in 2017 and a volunteer in an NGO uniform body where he has held various leadership roles in developing the members. Eddie's mission is to inspire young leaders to be a better version of themselves. The world would be a better place if everyone would focus on building empathy to understand one another in the process of finding the right solutions. Ultimately, the key for success are the people who works together.

In his journey for personal growth, Eddie has completed certain certifications, such as ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching Certified, Coaching & Mentoring Professional and Certified NLP Master Practitioner etc. With this knowledge and experience, he is advocating the that leaders could build their creative problem-solving skills in a holistic approach. This is by looking at a challenge outside in and inside out.

As a graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Economics from University Putra Malaysia, Eddie had experience working with in various industries from Insurance, Teambuilding, Unit Trust, Mobile Retail and Human Resources. These experiences have enabled Eddie to be resourceful and creative in helping business & individuals in solving problems from a different lens.
