I hereby apply for membership of PERSOLKELLY Consulting Limited's Youth Empowerment Port (YEP) / YOU Hub (as the case may be) and agree to provide the required personal data to process the application.2. We won’t auto-renew the membership without prior approval from the member after the expiration. (Only applicable to YOU Hub)5. I acknowledge the payment is non-refundable. I understand that I cannot get a refund for any payment once I made the membership subscription.6.
