I hereby apply for membership of PERSOLKELLY Consulting Limited's Youth Empowerment Port (YEP) / YOU Hub (as the case may be) and agree to provide the required personal data to process the application.2. I understand that false declaration will render me liable to disqualification or termination of membership by PERSOLKELLY Consulting Limited.3. I acknowledge that there is no charge in the membership fee until 31st December 2021, and the membership will be expired on 31st December 2021. Membership fee will be charged after the date of 31st December 2021, if the member would like to continue the membership, the member shall give prior approval to us for membership renewal. We won’t auto-renew the membership without prior approval from the member after the expiration. (Only applicable to YOU Hub)5. I acknowledge the payment is non-refundable. I understand that I cannot get a refund for any payment once I made the membership subscription.6.
